I wish it came with a warning about what it does to the color of your shit. I thought I shit pure blood and was freaking out until the wife told me about that effect lol.

Hot Cheetos does the same thing to me bro. In all honesty thats a snack i actually quit…but damn theyre good. I’m good on the any kind of hot sauce now… but that damn red powder does something to my insides…

Got in a good deadlift session yesterday. Worked up doing 3x5 starting with 585 and ending on 660. Did some Bulgarian split squats and heavy front carries with the yoke. I scheduled my blood test for Thursday and been back to eating normal again. I’m definitely loving the feeling of being on test again. So much better than when I’m off lol. The recovery is so much better overall. Really excited to see what some of my new 1RM maxes will be at my comp in December.
 
Well did my bloodwork today, I was in a hurry and went to a quest in a pretty not great area. I’m pretty sure the worker touched my fucking elbow with the needle. In all of the times I’ve ever had blood drawn, I have never had it hurt the entire time. Definitely zero out of 10 for that location LOL. Results should be in in the next couple days but who knows because of the holiday.

Work out was pretty good today, worked on overhead press up to 315 3x5. Then front squats with 405 3x5 then a bunch of back accessories.

After the workout I made a bulking style shake. 20 ounces of chocolate milk, four scoops of Molk protein, PB fit powder and a banana. Taste just like a chocolate milkshake
 
So got partial results back, the actual testosterone is still pending but here is the what I have so far.

Estradiol. Before 24. 6weeks 32
Test free. Before. 31. 6 weeks ?
Total test. Before. 297. 6 weeks ?

Probably won’t get the results until Monday but judging that the estradiol is ok that was the concern. Excited to see the rest of the numbers. Definitely feel great and can tell the unicorn difference lol.
 
But still in “range” with the mile wide parameters dictated by the medical community.
 
Yeah, I have a few friends that have a baseline of 600 to 800 and I’m sitting at 300. But I guess I got blessed with being 6’5 while they are all 5’6 lol. You win some you lose some I guess. I can tell it definitely takes me longer to gain strength compared to them but when I’m on cycle, it’s almost like I’m doubling my gains compared to normal. I always wondered what it would be like to run other compounds to see what I’m really capable of. A 950 lb deadlift would be cool!
 
There’s a great article chad aiches wrote about his troubles with t levels. He was ranked real high in pl-ing with the big boys. But he never felt great. Went to doc and his t was tanked.
