My Unicorn strongman log

Got a little bit behind, work this week was stressful and it’s looking like the final week of work for the season so I’m doing a wrap up for my company. Anywho, feeling great, finally got the BP back under control, I opted to get a BP pill to lower it and keep it at a normal rate. Doc thinks it’s just stress due to work and shitty genetics.

Workouts have been fire, I can tell that the test is in full swing now because I am ready to go the next day without any soreness. I feel like I can workout 7 days straight right now which is great lol. I will get my 6 week blood test next week to get some numbers for everyone. And I should be back to normal for this week. It’s deload week and a new block starts next week.
 
Middle of deload week and I get food poisoning. I ate some questionable steak so it’s purely my fault. I hate to waste food but I learned my lesson. I’m
Down 7 lbs in 2 days and having a hard time drinking water right now. Thank god it didnt happen next week. It will take me a few days to catch back up with calories to feel better and give my asshole a break lol.
 
Well I’m feeling better today, I can drink water and I ate a bagel today. I’m down 9 lbs currently but I’m going to try and have some chicken breast to see how I handle it. I did about 5 mins of stretching before I almost had a blowout lol. Drank some pedialite to help stay hydrated. I should be feeling better tomorrow and hopefully get some calories in.
 
Stomach is finally acting normal, I had steak and mashed potatoes for 3 meals today and so far I’m good. Feeling a lot better abs ready to get back to training. Got some big lifts planned for next week, a 1020lb yoke for 60ft then a 18in deadlift to prepare for my next comp. I really would like to hit 950lbs on the deadlift at least after doing the yoke.

Like some strongman training would be reinvigorating for me. Hell I’m ready for hypertrophy
 
Finally back to normal, feeling fresh and cleaned out lol. I got blood work planned for this week to give a 6 week update. I will post later for the workout of the day. My BP has been under control with the new medicine and I started drinking beet juice in the morning too.
