New training template… no particular days of week… pull…squat…push…posterior chain. Basically a lower day in between my uppers. We’ll see how long it takes before i get confused on this… 10 days is my record.
None at the moment sir. I suspended (several weeks ago) it for a bit due to unforeseen medical problems. Going to start back up soon… probably next week.
I’ll post everything up when this comes to a conclusion. I haven’t shared the med problem here yet.
I believe the covid has run its course mostly. Woke up at 4:30. Took a nap about 7:30. Feel real good. Trimmed some (bushes) stuff broke by ice last week.
Rowed rowed and more rowing. Probably 16 sets of various rows.
