I’ve switched up from m-w-f to more of a flexible schedule where as maybe two days in a row or every other day regardless of the actual weekday. That lasted exactly 10 days before I got confused and worked my back out of rotation. Today was supposed to be push but I pulled. I’m a goober.

Bench with ladder bar. All reps were on outer most handles with bar flipped for a 3&1/2 inch deficit out of the hole. All reps Pressed from a dead stop from pins for speed. Long warmup with many reps then 4 plates x 1 rep for 5 sets (speed)
