I have a tough time not lifting heavy myself, as much as I know my body and joints need rest from the heavyweights it’s not the same. I’m currently lifting like a bodybuilder (mind muscle connection) and it tends to be kind of boring as supposed to going balls to the wall with heaviness.
Got my arm work in last night then legs hamstring focused today was doing rdls 315 for 12 today and got my first back pump in long time. Did start taurine supplements again today but too little too late. It got me wondering how many people have gotten back pump and thought it was I hury
Sucks when your having a great workout… And than all of a sudden… back pump… I’ve had a couple of great workouts get cancelled midway because of this… And then I wonder… What if…
Yeah I got 2/3 lift lifts in after. Just didn’t get to the sixth which was walkingunges. But this was more I’m not there yet endurance wise than not having time. Only three weeks back and I’m doing an advanced program with drop sets and rest pauses myo reps and all that through out it. So it’s pretty taxing on the guy who was powerlifting then took 4 months off haha
140 aka 308. I figure after my cut I’ll try and keep diet cleaner. I may have not been to taking. As much protein as I thought it was so keep that high and just add a bit more rice then on Saturdays allow one shot meal and hopefully the weight comes back but good weight
“Rest” day aka work we shall not speak of and I’m hanging with friends thinking if only there was non caloric alcohol. Then i remembered oh yeah it used to get sold at gnc ghb haha. Would smoke but that also leads to caloric surplus. So I guess I’ll break sobriety with 2-4 beers and just go do that thing again later.
I’m convinced a lot of people really did this for exact reason years ago. No one wanted to admit how high the dosages they really did. I forgot who it was that told me if everyone did the dosages and trained right then they wouldn’t have the advantages and be bigger lol.
