The only down side to pink Himalayan is that it doesn’t always have the added sodium actually needed form good old American lake mined ta me salt.
The liquid IV packets and Gatorade Zero packets do wonders for me, but I know where you’re coming from about wanting to vomit when you’re dehydrated and drink too fast to try and replenish. You just have to sip and hope that you can catch back up with just drinking versus going to an IV bar and getting the immediate Meyer cocktail IV relief.
I for sure feel your pain with the way your feeling and trying to stay on point with workouts and diet. Sucks to know you have to get calories/macros in, but can’t because your body is dehydrated.
Man I need to get my ass out of bed I the mornings and lift before work. Cuase with y he lack of calories and upping my steps I’m just tired when I leave here. Got back tonight and I know I won’t be able to weight the way I want
It’s either wake at 10 after getting off at 1 or go to gym at 1 am then get to sleep by like 4:30am. I’d feather get back used to doing mornings more so weekends I’m not sleeping in so late
Hit pr 365 for 12 on squat. Now squat is the 3 lift of the day so probably could do more fresh but I’ll never know. Because when I’m done with this I’m never doing 12 rep squats again haha.
83 days sober. A highly underrated activity. The physical gains of course are a little better but the mental health gained just by simply not putting a substance in the body is where it’s at along with many other benefits, but highly recommend sobriety even to people who don’t have any issues with substances, even if just for 6 months. It can be fascinating. Obviously there is absolutely nothing wrong with having a few drinks with the boys on the weekend or a drink with dinner etc etc, buttttt why not fuck around & see where it takes you? It’s one of those things that literally can’t hurt lol. & poppy this isn’t to you, you’re the bomb just pawning off your comment with a lil rant lol. Happy Friday boys!
