I’ve been using that dose for 7 years. Haha it makes me horny. No boners during the workout. Pornhub is my friend. I typically have a hard on all night while I sleep. My wiener needs it to work after 7 years of non stop use so don’t use it too frequently.
 
No. I’m on nebivolol, telmisartan, and lisinopril. I’m way beyond natural supplements.
 
I eat the whole egg when I buy real eggs. Lately, I’ve been getting the pasteurized egg white cartons. I never waste a yolk. 🥚

Do diuretics help- like hctz? I have issues with really high bp also. I’ve rocked 180/110. Dr. was like “Do you feel ok? Headache dizzy …?”
Thankfully that’s under control- long term damage from Hypertension is serious shite.
 
I don’t feel any side effects. I think HCTZ would definitely help but the last thing I want is to have dehydrated muscles while lifting weights. I’ve had enough injuries to last a life time so I’m just trying to eat super clean to keep the water retention off. I’m avoiding the AAS that tend to cause bloating.

Yesterday, after I trained arms and delts, I walked a mile. Man, was it difficult. My right knee slips due to so many meniscus tears. My left leg starts to collapse if I step wrong or hit a few inch bump in the road. Going down hill is super dangerous because my left leg will collapse. It can only do 10lb leg extensions after two years of trying to rebuild it post sciatica nerve damage. The quad tissue is just dead. But the mile walk was the best I could do to help speed up the fat burning process. I’m seeing a little more ab detail all the time. I haven’t had a cheat meal in 22 days. Give me 6 months and I’ll look respectable, not big, but lean. I’m just going for the physique competitors look now. My starting diet weight was around 235Lb. I’ve probably dropped 10Lbs I’m guessing. I’d like to end up at around 200lb like Serge Nubret in the 1975 Mr. Olympia.
 
On a serious note have you tried to use those walking sticks that I see the long distance walkers use? You could even just use 2 canes to keep your balance right I would really hate to hear that you hurt yourself brother.
I mean you could honestly just rip a branch off a tree and use it for balance.
Im glad that you are getting your walk in though keep pushing brother just don’t get hurt.

My dad is going to give me one of his knee braces when I visit him. I’d be too embarrassed to use a cane or sticks. Vanity haha
 
Serge has the look that got me into bodybuilding. Like all guys I got side tracked trying to look like Dorian Yates for awhile but I just don’t have the genetics to be a mass monster. Serge has a nice healthy look. Some of the classic physique pros have his look. Steve Laureus is one.

I never planned to live past 40. What app those old grandpas complain about is actually true, with sciatica, and aches and pains. Here I just thought they wanted attention.
 
Oh its definitely real all my injuries from my entire life when it gets cold I can feel everything from broken bones to torn ligaments and cartilage.
I really hate the winter and every year it just keeps getting worse lol
 
I hear ya. You can always feel the high pressure front coming in all of your injuries before it rains.
 
CUTTING UP WITH COVID-19:
Today is day #26 without a cheat meal. All I’ve eaten is egg whites, 21 grain/seed dry toast, oats, whey, turkey breast, orange juice, Greek yogurt, white and brown rice, and tons of water. I was eating steak but not lately.
TRAINING: today was pushups, band flies, one arm band rows, face pulls, pull downs out in front of the body, and a fast paced 18 minute walk.
I haven’t shaved my body in forever. I like like Chaka from LAND OF THE LOST.
BLOOD PRESSURE: i tapered off lisinopril completely. I lowered telmisartan from 80mg down to 40mg. I upped nebivolol from 5mg to 10mg.
Bp is around 130/85. I’m shooting for 120/80 eventually. That’s a big drop from 193/134 two months ago.
