CUTTING UP WITH COVID-19:
Today is day #26 without a cheat meal. All I’ve eaten is egg whites, 21 grain/seed dry toast, oats, whey, turkey breast, orange juice, Greek yogurt, white and brown rice, and tons of water. I was eating steak but not lately.
TRAINING: today was pushups, band flies, one arm band rows, face pulls, pull downs out in front of the body, and a fast paced 18 minute walk.
I haven’t shaved my body in forever. I like like Chaka from LAND OF THE LOST.
BLOOD PRESSURE: i tapered off lisinopril completely. I lowered telmisartan from 80mg down to 40mg. I upped nebivolol from 5mg to 10mg.
Bp is around 130/85. I’m shooting for 120/80 eventually. That’s a big drop from 193/134 two months ago.
