Vsqaut ass to grass. 2x10 with pause at bottom 4pps these had no back discomfort I moved feet back and that seems to help
Seated leg curls 3x20 130

Obviously the rotisserie chicken on top of the dry chicken you already eaten cuz one rotisserie is definitely not enough.. a little dry chicken a little rotisserie chicken 🤷... Anyways that's my 9 ounces I ate...... Nm.... You got to eat it hot otherwise it's going to get dry anyways 🤣

Well the protein to fat content would really not work. Need about 12 oz of dark meat to equate the 8 oz of breast and it would be so many more calories when bulking I’ll get thighs and it’s such a treat.

Oh they are usually juicy I dry brine 350 then time depends on size of breast but usually 40-45 minutes.
 
10 4 man.... Was eating some chicken thinking bout ya. I've been forced to adapt. No microwave at work. So I'm stuck eating cold chicken three times there. Ya, I tried that with rice... Freaking cold rice. No sir not happening horrible. Needless to say I have bright orange shits during the weekdays

I used to get a rotisserie chicken a couple times a week…. Set it on my desk and pick on it all day. That was about 20 years ago

The dam things are so juicy fresh and hot. Never had chicken breast just melt in your mouth like that. Unless it's fresh rotisserie. You should grab another one one day poppi for Old Time sake... And chase it with some of those hot and spicy pork rinds...

Just deboned that pound boy. Pound left over. So 25 oz total for 9 bucks. So what? About 160 to 180 grams of protein? I know when I don't feel like doing all that extra chewing I'll put some sticky fingers barbecue sauce to help speed up the process. You make a doctor's appointment yet?

I actually shit just now if I’m not regular next week it will be time. I was good after stopping nac then that recessed cleared me and fucked everything up. Now I wasn’t having. Issues eating at all so also with how much of deficit I’m in how much poop can i be producing. What just came out wasn’t big but it was dense

Well there was legit tweak of back the. It just so happened to have pain from the bot shitting. In just about same area. I’ve been smaller as I got downt in about 280 last year I was stupid ans started back with a cut instead of build back muscle then cutting last year

I’ll work around it if need be. With not thinking or competing in powifiting I’m fine mentally not squating or pulling if it’s not there health wise. I was able to hit full depth on vsquat so that might be able to elicit more growth in my quads than regual squats. But I do plan when it’s feeling as close to 100 as it can feel to really get back to focusing on strength if the erectors
