Well the protein to fat content would really not work. Need about 12 oz of dark meat to equate the 8 oz of breast and it would be so many more calories when bulking I’ll get thighs and it’s such a treat.Was just think about you. Obviously the rotisserie chicken on top of the dry chicken you already eaten cuz one rotisserie is definitely not enough.. a little dry chicken a little rotisserie chicken... Anyways that's my 9 ounces I ate...... Nm.... You got to eat it hot otherwise it's going to get dry anyways

The dam things are so juicy fresh and hot. Never had chicken breast just melt in your mouth like that. Unless it's fresh rotisserie. You should grab another one one day poppi for Old Time sake... Well there was legit tweak of back the. It just so happened to have pain from the bot shitting. In just about same area. I’ve been smaller as I got downt in about 280 last year I was stupid ans started back with a cut instead of build back muscle then cutting last yearI mean I guess that does make sense. I’ll work around it if need be. With not thinking or competing in powifiting I’m fine mentally not squating or pulling if it’s not there health wise. I was able to hit full depth on vsquat so that might be able to elicit more growth in my quads than regual squats. But I do plan when it’s feeling as close to 100 as it can feel to really get back to focusing on strength if the erectorsI do remember you saying something about an actual tweak earlier in this log now that you mention it.
