Dirt Recomp Comp Log

For me…. I mix my glutathione and gh in same syringe and inject subq in my upper body area. Basically my abdomen as far around as I can reach (love handle area). I’m getting pretty lean so im losing alot of meat in those areas.
It does seem thinner but right now with the bpc and tb500 room is limited there as well
 
I was just thinking that like. When I’m done with 8 weeks of tren I’m trying to think of what I want to use at that point maybe just test mast and an oral for the last 5 weeks. Then a few weeks of test only and well we may have to get 5ml syringes becuase if I keep the glutathione im going to need more room. Or just inject in weird places like pics and Cavs but I’ll need a full 3ml for just the fun stuff

So had the shits again last night. I had to make sure those Reeces Christmas trees were the culprit last week and got one for carb intake with protein shake. Today has been struggle in gym but u got here and did things. All much weaker than normal but I at least came in and did it

So especially with doing six meals I’ve decided the chicken and rice meals will be dropped to 7 oz of chic n form 8 this will still get me enough protein and honestly 8 oz of chicken every two hours while at work was tiresome of chewing that much chicken.
 
Fucking squats just suck right now for me I think I have to accept they aren’t going to progress that much while cutting.

that’s probably it for leg day can’t of leg press without it bothering me. Good thing h have to work everyday till next Saturday that will give me th e rest I need
 
Was going to go do press day but I’ll take day off and hope my back feels better to go harder tomorrow. Ok I came in anyways to stay with days. I’ll just hit machines a nice break from heavy lifts won’t be bad.

Ok I did chest press shoulder press side delts machine fly was no go. The. I did the seated dip machine from life fitness and man did that bad boy hit right was able to get supper stretch no discomfort and 12 reps nothing more on the maxed out stack. Then some incline front raises and called It a day

Olive had it with my shit issues it’s either all or nothing I’m getting a damn fiber supplement as I feel I’ll be more
Likely to do that than eat it haha. I was probably fine before becuase I had enough fats to keep things moving but I’m basically carbs and protein right now.
 
Half and half when it comes to shitting it’s either liquid or constipation. Almost time to see doctor.
That said did a lot of chest supported movements light weight really slow controlled reps. Couldn’t hit poses with lower back not cooperative so here’s me standing

So I’m going to really start focusing on building my erectors up again deadlifts and weighted back extensions. I feel my upper back is huge but lower back where I tweaked it has lost lots of size
