No gym today it seems what ever issues I’m having are fully just poop related my back is feeling worse and there’s swelling in abdomen likely go to go get checked out today

I may just let myself die if bodies breaking down already time to go. Seriously though my back feels fine but its like no matter what I can seem to get regualr I’ve eating three salads today multiple gummies I swear I’m bout to just say fuck this but go back to bulk eat honey buns and my body will fnction better. It’s like the healthier I become the worse my body works
 
Was thinking of doing some back after work but I’m going to try and rest and just have a killer leg workout tomorrow. Will be using vsquat but I’m going to try and do some heavy ass full range of motion lifts it seems my issue really maybe just being all sorts of bloat I don’t know it’s not comfortable but I’ve been farting a lot today so that’s a good sign I guess I wasn’t even passing gas’s when. Constipated and I am getting little shots but again I’m not really eating that much volume so what should I really expect. Lastly I ordered new bed today to help with not waking up feeling as bad as I do. Being 300+ 5 years is probably the max I was gojg to get out that last one

Ya well quit farting around and go see a doctor dude. Better safe than sorry. What's your daily water intake like? Skipping back day to do a killer leg day don't sound promising. At least with the doctor's opinion you can have a better piece of mind instead of guessing about everything that's going on inside of you

I drink probably about 2 gallons of water a day I’m peeing clear. And salad is just fiber that’s what helps love shit through the system.
 
Bp is 124/70 so at least that’s good for blasting
Piss is good so no kidney issues. Bout to cray to see if I’m still backed up a ton or if there maybe and inflammation of intestines. Then be on my way

Well you guys already knew this but I’m full of shit. So we are going to do some laxatives a little stronger than I’ve been using and take care of it

Back ext machine full rack 3x12
seated leg curls 150 3x15
Tried leg press and abs but cramping happened I think k the laxatives are sucking all the water to my doo doo.
Let’s see if anybody can tell I’m full of shit with my pic
