I think tomorrow I’m doing all liquids one poop that’s it so far I should have just taken the force it out one time laxative not the let it slowely remove the shit over four days of taking laxatives. Only positive is the chews are delicious. Like I would eat as actual candy good
 
Everyone is different. @Neuro steered me towards the dulcolax (sp) when the ozempic had me locked up. Started with 3 in am and 3 in pm… upped my water and stayed on probiotic gummy’s.

Worked like a charm

Store brand dulcolax… laxative/stool softener in one. I could back to 2 am…2 pm after everything started moving.

I’ve had movements so I’m going to do solid meal liquid meal back forth today. My back was feeling great then adding all that food in made it worse again

294 this morning been spamming myself with water and took more laxatives than they said to becuase it wasn’t moving. Things I guess are better but lower back hurts again from the pressure of pushing the shit out

So today was slightly above knee for me I think right below the knee will hit it right. I’m tying to manage my fatigue better and while I’ll be able to load the back more with weight overall it will be less fatiguing. With no plans to compete in powerlifting In near future I’m going to try it out and see if it gives me the heavy lifting I need mentally with growing my back better. Having legs the day after back I plan on trying deficit dead’s on that day with lower weight and higher reps. Im thinking now that lower back feels 100 again I can do barball squats on Wednesday vsquat on Saturday. My mental state has changed so much with thoughts of competing I’m less attached to lifts than I was
