Gentlemen, since November I have been in Maintnence mode. Had some stupid injuries/pains/ mishaps. Haven’t really kept track of my macros.

Honestly have enjoyed Colorado for all it’s worth. Lots of snowboarding, a little less training, but a very great time nonetheless.

Winter is winding down, probably only a few more good snows left. With that, it’s time to get back to business.

Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll have TD of a lovely little mix of:
Test E- 200/ml
Mast E-100/ml
Primo- 100/ml

Here’s the plan:

I will start with 2ml a week, 1mL Monday and 1mL Thursday.

That total will be 400 test, 200 mast, 200 primo.

I will start with this dose and probably titrate up the primo, and will titrate up mast if needed for aid in estro control.

Will go back to training 4 days week at least until June when we might be making the journey back home.

Will check bloods before I start and then check bloods every 3 months after that. Following Victor black model, I will stay on this regimen as long as health allows or until I’m just ready to back off to TRT levels.

This will be fill my first endeavor following this thought and hopefully the results will speak for themselves and we can start to put the blast and cruise model to bed.

Ancillary:
40mg telmisartan daily.
300mg glutathione weekly.
850mg metformin
NAC
ALA
Co-q10
Flaxseed oil
Taurine
Turmeric
Vitamin C
Vitamin D3

Macros:
250p
400c
100f
(Will adjust as needed)

Training:
Monday- Upper:chest emphasis
Tuesday- lower: quad emphasis
Wednesday- upper: back emphasis
Thursday- Lower: ham emphasis

M-Th cardio: 15-20 min on the hamster wheel (shoutout @Poppy )

I will be shooting for rep range of 20-8, so weight will not be overwhelming. I will be using my RP mens physique template as a guideline with modifications as necessary.

Currently weighing in at 235, would like to add some mass back on, but going for the low and slow burn.

Everything is open to alteration.

Do you have short term goals or just grinding and adjust on the fly?
 
This is what interests me…the difference in goals and what an individual has to do to obtain them and the subsequent possible adjustments.

400 grams of carbs would or anywhere close would eventually (literally) kill me and I would be a complete fatboy on the way to my demise.
 
That’s a lot of grub. To put in to perspective. 700 g carbs is 4-5 days for me. I understand the discomfort of carrying weight. I didn’t like it but I didn’t train anything outside of the platform. I had the mobility of a cinder block.
 
Same. It’s just not worth it for me. queue the heavy breathing 😂 the main goal is to avoid having to buy new clothes. I’ve already done that two or three times on my journey and it’s just not fun.
