I’m probably gofinto do recomp from august to oct cut fat and see if I can add size to legs. I’m getting stronger but I can feel
Some body parts arent getting the love they were
 
Hells yeah I’m tired of eating hell I’ve cut back on days off. With work being slow in wasn’t burning as much.

Had a good upper body session despite the extra shift at work. Feeling good. Feeling strong.
 
I’m not very good at it either. My very uneducated guess is you’re probably closer to 10 than you are 15.

Your right knee looks wonky. Just the pic or had some troubles?

Or whichever kneecap is visible…

I never cared about my BMI until lately on here,cause I hear about it all the time,I know it’s been discussed but what’s the most accurate way to figure it out?
