How about a skin caliper. It isn’t nearly as accurate as it depends on the user and still as a 3-5.5% variation.

The best thing would be to get the Bod Pod or a Water Displacement test and then track it with a Caliper imho.

A little leg update post leg day. Left leg is bouncing back nicely. Should have kept legs at same angle for true comparison. Oh well.
