Bagels for breakfast and the legs are popping!

I think snowboarding added one day a week of mass cardio, and allowed me to keep some good functional mass and strength while my knee was bothering me.

The one day I wore my Garmin watch snowboarding it clocked like 4000cals burned that day. My normal is like 2600-2700 per my watch. I don’t take it as very accurate but it shows a good comparison to how much activity goes into a day of snowboarding!

Probably why I dropped down to 225 so easy mid winter!

I don’t know but can only imagine…lots and lots. All those activities are great. Snow/water skiing etc.

All…. This is a perfect example of the difference in volume between a young man in his prime and an old man (me).

The last two days; @NeuroRN has done more volume than I do in roughly a month. Movements are in my toolbox but I can’t do them on the same day like he does.

This doesn’t count my circuit training with ridiculous light weights. BUT it’s close.
