Single arm tricep: 13,12,12,10,8,8
Tricep pushdown:10,10,8,8,7
Lateral raise: 15,15,14,13,12

Row machine: 14,14,13,12
Pull down: 15,14,12,12
Preacher curl: 15,14,12,12,10
 
I’m always impressed by how many different exercises you can tolerate in the same workout. I have to say five or six sets of four or five exercises, with one set being a warm up and the last set being a “pump” set, is all I can tolerate. You did NINE exercises in this workout and mostly five sets of reasonably high reps! So aside from your youth and genetics (which I fail to replicate miserably), what is your secret? You work like a dog, on your feet, then pull this off?! That’s really extraordinary. TELL ME YOUR SECRET!!

I have no secret! Haha I have to wake up and slap my inner bitch every morning.
 
Mornings huh? Well I do usually feel a bit bitchy when I first wake up. That must be my inner bitch I always had but never acknowledged it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Hip and T spine mobility.

Backwards walk on treadmill non powered 10 min.

Lying leg curl: 12,12,10,10
RDL: 15,13,12,10

Leg press: 13,13,12,10,8
Hack squat: 12,12,10,10,8
Calves:15,15,12,12,10,10

Lunges:20,20
Short step lunges: 20,20

Shrugs: 15,15,14,12
 
Yeah I was going to say walking out the gym funny!!!

I’ve heard that about those walks. I do TKE’s occasionally… not nearly enough probably.
 
I’ve heard in the past that if you can spring step to your car sipping on a smoothie and texting/chatting after leg day…it’s a failure.
