Heavy leg press, probably went to far over my toes with the load I had on. My fault. Then didn’t stop snowboarding bc… well. It’s Colorado winter. BUT. we will bring it along.

My dad use to tell us that doctors would let air out of the new born babies before they tied off their “knot” and that’s why some people are fat and others aren’t. I think we kinda believed him a little.

I dislocated my patella early last year, luckily I don’t train legs. Didn’t have as great atrophy as yours .

I train legs now though, and have a new love for the spin bike.

Love it!!! Makes me wish I was young again and could do that shit!! Today I walked up and down the field yelling at 3rd graders playing soccer. Probably not 20 miles but maybe one hahahaha. Have to fill in for Joe cause he usually coaches those kids but still in hospital. He is actually coming home today his wbc is coming up finally.
