Cutting up with COVID-19

Today I hit a double workout at a fast pace. It felt good! Popped an Anadrol, two Cialis, and a turinabol a couple hours preworkout. Skipped my shot though.
DELTS:
  • 4 sets lateral raise machine
  • 3 sets bent dumbbell lateral raises
  • 3 sets front dumbbell raises
TRAPS:
  • 5 sets seated hammer strength shrugs
BICEPS:
  • 3 sets one arm cable curls
  • 3 sets dumbbell hammer curls
  • 2 sets inclined one arm dumbbell curls
  • 2 sets 60 second static holds in the flexed bicep position on the pull down machine
TRICEPS:
  • 3 giant sets of reverse grip push downs, overhand pushdowns, and hammer grip pushdowns. These were supersetted with the one arm cable curls
  • 3 sets dumbbell kick backs
  • 2 sets rope push downs
CALVES:
  • 7 sets calf press

It seemsto be my least favorite but I don’t seem to notice benefits people always talk about with nandro. I mean it obviously works for me just my joints don’t feel any better
 
I couldn’t do it either but I gave it serious thought honestly its not a good idea. Your better with an ester to allow a slow release rather than trying to pump yourself full of base that goes in then out causing the hormone roller coaster so I just added nandrolone base as a pwo in my cycles
