Today I hit a double workout at a fast pace. It felt good! Popped an Anadrol, two Cialis, and a turinabol a couple hours preworkout. Skipped my shot though.

- 4 sets lateral raise machine
- 3 sets bent dumbbell lateral raises
- 3 sets front dumbbell raises
- 5 sets seated hammer strength shrugs
- 3 sets one arm cable curls
- 3 sets dumbbell hammer curls
- 2 sets inclined one arm dumbbell curls
- 2 sets 60 second static holds in the flexed bicep position on the pull down machine
- 3 giant sets of reverse grip push downs, overhand pushdowns, and hammer grip pushdowns. These were supersetted with the one arm cable curls
- 3 sets dumbbell kick backs
- 2 sets rope push downs
- 7 sets calf press
