I haven’t left the house I ate 2 chicken breasts today but im going to regret for it in a couple of hours.
I need to start getting more nutrition during my training im dragging ass no energy
It’s good that you’re getting your protein, but I don’t see much else. Maybe try liquefying some other stuff in a blender? It might be easier to put down plus you’ll get better nutrition.
EAT I ate alot yesterday early and I was hurting last night before I went to bed. I believe that after the food has passed I was able to sleep a bit but it did take alot of marijuana to eat and sleep.
TRAIN trained hard hit arms but ghe harder training was outside killing myself in the yard I almost went down twice because of the heat it was brutal. Lifting 50lb bags and carrying around house for 2hrs almost killed me but gave me an amazing workout
So I don’t even enjoy using marijuana at all I used to love it now using it to eat makes it almost disgusting to me I don’t know why but yesterday I threw out alot of flower and didn’t want to even hit the vape. I did though and was able to eat and sleep. This sucks having to use like this just to get a meal in
I didn’t know that it was going to be that hot I went out early also I didn’t wait until noon I got cooked I drank 8 bottles of water in 45 minutes afterwards lol I felt like I had lost everything
It was good though I believe that workouts like that are better for me right now because im honestly having trouble training with weights.
I don’t really understand why but I have zero energy to lift I have never been this way I figured its my nutrition intake
Yeah I tried to be a badass at first also and carry above head while pressing because me and @John were talking about military press I shouldn’t have started like that probably the 8th bag I was spent and had alot more to go and I laid it all out smh damn near killed me
