It should be a no brainer to anyone in this game. A repeat CMP and lipid panel is $40 on ulta lab tests. If you can’t do that for yourself after a skewed panel, you can’t play this game.

I had a fixed gear for awhile. Purposely bought it to give my legs a better overall workout. I loved it. Wish I still had one. No one ever asked to borrow that one lol.
 
I was just reading up on fixed gear bikes. Very interesting.

They’re getting extremely popular here in us lately.

The lingo is they’re “fixies”

They can’t be sold in us retailers without at least one handbrake unless it’s solely for the track. Apparently the purists pull the brakes off after purchase.
 
Total upper today. COR and egg whites pre workout. Chicken breast, English muffins, with avacado post.

Hard boiled eggs with salsa.
Chicken breast and roasted golden potatoes.
Overnight oats with blueberries.
Greek yogurt.
Protein and oats shake.

Meals for the next 4 nights of work.

My legs are so sore I’m walking like I just did my first ever leg day. 😂😂
